My husband is using a knee scooter now due to recovery from surgery. I called the main Norwich Inn and they did nothing for me. She did not even offer to call the other Norwich Inn Spa at Foxwoods to see if a day pass was available. So, if I booked a facial, why would the chair be free for me then? I found her incredibly rude. There were a couple people in the chairs with numerous chairs empty. Guess what - there was not one person in the pool. We explained we only wanted to use the pool/hot tub for a max of one or two hours and we would gladly pay the $50. When we got there at 1:15 the Supervisor Jen told us all day passes were sold and she would not let us in unless we booked a service. We knew it would cost us an additional $50 for us to use the pool for one, possibly two hours. My husband and I planned a special day and night at Fox Tower that was to include time in the G Spa Pool and hot tub.
